Cielo de Bonaire

Bonaire’s sky approaches the clouds to a height of 130 meters. A perfect altitude to enjoy the views of the bays of Alcudia and Pollença. But in addition to the panoramic views, it is surrounded by a magnificent and very extensive natural environment. Its land consists of 14,000 square meters and the constructed area of ‘cielo de bonaire’ is 3,500 meters.

The height and the wide extension of this mansion means that access to it is not only possible by car. A wide platform makes it possible for helicopters to land. In addition, it is an exclusive and private home. The two stories and four columns of its façade give it a classical appearance reminiscent of the style of the Italian Renaissance builder Andrea Palladio. This taste for transalpine cultivation is also visible in its interior.

Access to the house is through a hall-hall of 80 square meters. Cielo de Bonaire does not turn its back on its natural surroundings at any time. On the contrary. This luxurious home is inserted into the sea and the Tramontana mountain range in front of it thanks to the large windows. An openness to the outside that makes this mansion blend in with nature. The main living room occupies 100 square meters and is dominated by a large fireplace.

On the upper floor, the floors are of varnished oak and we find the master suite with two bedrooms, dressing room and two bathrooms. All on an area of 180 square meters. The openness to the outside is also evident on this second floor. A good example are the views that can be enjoyed from the large bathroom, from whose bathroom the view reaches the north of Mallorca. A second suite completes the upper floor.

Nature has a privileged place in Cielo de Bonaire, as well as new technologies and leisure facilities. Services that have their own space on the first floor. There is a large spa area with a 12-meter pool, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, floating tank and hydromassage shower.

The exterior of ‘Cielo de Bonaire’ is adjacent to a protected natural area. Tropical vegetation is predominant in its extensive garden, which has centralized irrigation. At the edge of the garden there is a 17-meter swimming pool. On the terraced grounds, there is a tennis court, a greenhouse and several roads that invite you to take a stroll.

EVENTS

– Events allowed

–  There will be an extra charge for any other event in the finca during your stay (Brunch, Pre-Wedding, BBQ, etc.)

–  The planning or program of the event must be informed as soon as possible and at the latest 15 days before the event date

–  The latest closing time for an event is according the legislation of the Baleared Government

–  The use of fireworks or any other pyrotechnic action inside and outside the Finca is not permitted

CONDITIONS FOR THE RENTAL

–  Check-in from 16:00 / check-out before 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability (surcharge of 50% of the daily rate)

–  In order to prepare the parking space, it has to be informed how the guests will arrive and leave (shuttles, taxis, …) as soon as possible and at the latest 15 days before the event date

–  Smoke-free area. Smoking is forbidden indoors

–  The client is responsible for the use of the swimming pool, which is not supervised

–  The client is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the infrastructure of the finca

PAYMENT

–  Deposit of 30% of the total amount to confirm the reservation

–  45 days before check-in date, payment of the remaining amount (70% of the total)

–  Caution of 20% of the total amount, payable 2 weeks before check-in and refundable up to 2 weeks after check-out
