Situed on the purest Mediterranean fields this contemporary villa, built in 2018, is at just 3 km away from the world famous beach of Es Trenc, a paradisiacal beach with crystal clear waters in a natural park with white dunes behind it. Enjoy the maximum tranquility from the immaculate outdoor areas and its generous and child-friendly pool.

When you access this house you will see that the architect took into consideration all the points to make a stylish vacation home as well as comfortable. This elegant 2-stories villa has three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom with a splendid private terrace is located on the upper floor but connect by a lift or stairs.

In the same main building we find the common spaces as a open-plan space with a beautiful L-shapped kitchen in front of wooden table for up to 10 people. On the other side, a large sliding glass window connects the indoor kitchen with the outdoor bbq area with another table to enjoy the best meals with your friends or family.

Going out to its wonderful garden with grass and palm trees, you will find different areas to relax such as sun loungers or two beautiful verandas with sofas and tables to sit after a fresh dip in the pool.

Main house

Entrance hall, guest toilet, lounge area and open-plan kitchen adjacent to the terraces. Main bedroom with bathroom and dressing room, and a second bedroom located next to the kitchen. The third bedroom, with its own terrace is on the first floor, which is accessed by means of a lift.

Next to the main house are two small buildings with separate entrances.

Outside: barbecue, salt-water swimming pool

Extras: the property (including the swimming pool) is accessible to people with disabilities; there is an area (uncovered, but lockable) to leave bicycles, an alarm system, fireplace, underfloor heating and air conditioning.
