The villa is made up of 2 large floors, connected by an elevator or a beautiful staircase. On both levels we can admire the views over the bay of Palma. On the groundfloor, we find the airy livingroom with an adjacent kitchen. From the living room there is an access to the covered terrace and the pool, also in the large ensuite master bedroom. On this floor you will also find the second double bedroom next to the entrance.

On the upper floor the villa also boasts another living room with tv and panoramic sea views. On this floor connected by elevator we have a spacious double bedroom with sea views and another ensuite double bedroom.

The property has its private access to the seafront.
You can park your car without problem in the quiet street behind the house.

Son Verí is a well-known and quiet neighborhood of exclusive seafront villas. With access to Cala Blava beach within walking distance.
