Splendid villa with incredible sea views near the Golf de Bendinat and the beach of this exclusive summer resort. Furthermore, this white Mediterranean villa has a bright interior design. This outdoor and indoor designer furniture also guarantees maximum comfort. This villa is located near the beach of Illetas and the well-known Bendinat golf course, surrounded by a pine forest. It’s also a short drive driving to the glamorous marina of Puerto Portals. As it’s placed on a hillside near Palma, this setting allows to spot the South coast of Mallorca and the bay of Palma.

The house is warm and inviting, with spacious rooms and vibrant accents. Elegant wooden furniture, off-white walls and large glass windows fills the whole space with bounced sunlight. An open-plan living room, a dining area and a modern, high-quality Miele kitchen are connected with the exteriors on the ground floor.

The master bedroom with King size bed is located on the ground floor, with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and walk-in wardrobe. There is also a service area with separate access and a laundry room. Another multifunctional room offers a large sofa, TV, work space with desk and a private bathroom.

A wooden and classic staircase drive us to the first floor where there are 3 more bedrooms; an elegant master bedroom and 2 more rooms with single beds. All of them have private bathrooms.

The outdoor areas are made up of an incredible roof terrace and a beautiful pool area. In addition to some covered and uncovered terraces that surround the house. The elegant roof terrace, with panoramic sea views from its stylish outdoor furniture and a hot tub, provides the ideal setting for basking in the sun, simply lazing around and enjoying a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.

The pool area is next to a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with comportable sofas and chairs to enjoy the best lunches under the shade of the porch. For our guests who visit us in the winter season, the pool heating can also be turned on.
