High-end villa sitting in a unique and picturesque place on the steep West coast with the Tramontana Mountain’s views and direct access to the sea. This is the only villa on the area with walking access to an unspoiled rocky cove with splendid natual surroundings. Its interior has been tastefully decorated with terracotta tile floors, exposed beams and lavish furnishings.

This beautiful and traditional villa is located in Son Bunyola estate, a large and ancient finca facing the cliffs on the area of Banyalbufar. Sa Punta de S’Aguila guarantees the privacy of its guests while also offering clear views. Built in traditional Mediterranean architecture, with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, it has been integrated into the landscape and enjoys panoramic sea and mountain views, even you can spot the famous Sa Foradada viewpoint. The villa can comfortably accommodate 10 adults in five bedrooms, spread over three levels. They all have private bathrooms, Bose speakers and a selection of toiletries. Each room has its own outdoor seating area.

The well-kept garden is presided over by a large heated pool with turquoise water surrounded by a perfect lawn. The large terrace and open-air dining area will be the ideal place for enjoying dinner or evening cocktails.
