Built with high-quality materials, the villa is known for its brightness and seamless integration with its beautiful surroundings. The elegant yet practical design caters to both families and groups of couples, offering plenty of privacy with multiple living areas.

The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, satellite TV (with channels from various countries, Netflix, and more). There’s also a secondary living room near the bedroom area, which connects to the luxurious spa on the lower floor, as well as the pool and garden.

The 75 m² modern spa includes a hot Jacuzzi (36-38°C) with ozone therapy and various massage options (cervical, lumbar, air and water jets), a Turkish steam bath with aromatherapy, a massage shower, heated beds, a relaxation area, a massage table, and a fully-equipped gym (weights machine, elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine, dumbbells, and abdominal bench).

House Rules:

The villa is exclusively rented to families.
No parties or loud noise that could disturb the neighbors.
Outdoor areas must not be used after 11 PM.
Rentals are available only from Saturday to Saturday.
The outdoor pool will not be heated from November to March.
