Villa Adriano

This Mallorcan character villa is ideal to take a breather on vacation with family or friends surrounded by beautiful gardens. Although it looks like the villa is in the middle of a forest, it’s located in a luxury neighborhood in the south west of the island. The location, called Nova Santa Ponsa, is superb as it’s close to the glamorous marina of Port Adriano -which is just 2 kms away from the villa- and some splendid beaches.

The villa makes the most of the outdoor spaces with large porches to rest in the shade and a large fenced pool surrounded by an immaculate lawn. In addition, the covered terrace has a new outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas stove, fridge, freezer and dish washer, for barbecue lovers. The large outdoor table has 12 chairs.

Indoors, you will find large and bright spaces with sliding glass windows and high beamed ceilings. On the ground floor,  an open-plan living room has access to the porch. Also on the same level there are three airy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. From all rooms there is direct access to the outdoors.  The modern kitchen has a large island in the center and it’s next to a laundry room, an office and a guest toilet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with private accesses to the terrace overlooking the pool area. The master bedroom has a private rest room, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with double sink and bathtub. The second bedroom has a large wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
