Villa Anam (from 14 to 20 guests)

Villa Anam houses a total of 10 restful villa suites, two spacious king-bedded master rooms and eight guest bedrooms, 6 furnished with queen-size beds and two with twins. Each room is characterized by an individual color scheme but all rooms feature air-conditioning, satellite-TVs  and they have their own private en-suite bathroom. The two master suites come with sofas, walk through dressing rooms and they boast a large soaking bathtub in their en-suite to relax in at the end of the day.

Guest will have full, exclusive access to all the indoor and outdoor areas within the villa. In case the property is rented out with less bedrooms, the unoccupied bedrooms will be locked.

Welcoming staff is there to make your stay at Villa Anam even more pleasurable than it already is. There is personal assistance by attentive butlers, daily housekeeping and security service. A private master chef is also on-site.

Being welcomed with warm Balinese hospitality in your holiday home on Bali island, we expect from our guest that they will treat the staff and villa with respect and kindness. Please feel free to use all of the Villa’s facilities, we trust you will handle them with care like you would in your own home. The number of guests staying overnight cannot exceed the maximum agreed upon in the bookings confirmation.

Villa Anam is located in a quiet lane, just off of Jalan Drupadi in the heart of Seminyak. The location is quiet and yet you are within walking distance of Seminyak Beach (1,5km) and the renowned Oberoi Road, better known as ‘eat street’ (850m). Choose between swimming and surfing at the beach, a day of shopping at trendy shopping boutiques and fashion stores or lounging by the pool in your holiday home on Bali island. There are lots of charming coffee bars around as well as exclusive spas and high-end dining venues. For sunset, sip cocktails at KU DE TA Beach Club (1,7km) or at the charming beach bars at Seminyak Beach such as La Plancha (1,6km). It takes around 24 minutes to drive to Bali’s international airport by car.

The most convenient way of getting around in Seminyak is on foot. On top of that, it is also the most fun way of getting around, with all of the boutique shops and cafés around. Should you want to get around a bit faster or go further, renting a motorbike might be a good idea (don’t forget to wear a helmet and drive slowly), the staff will be happy to assist you in renting one. For those who don’t dare to participate in Bali’s chaotic traffic, there are metered blue bird taxi’s and you can also call a Go-jek (just download the mobile app on your smartphone) to get you around fast and cheaply on motorbike without you having to drive yourself.
