Villa Blue is possibly the best luxury home in Menorca. The Villa is legally registered and authorized as a holiday home by the local government of Menorca ETV #1333.

The property consists of 5 guest rooms, 6 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor living rooms, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a base service area with rooms for staff, wine cellar, laundry, storage and parking for two vehicles.

On the upper floor, only the 50m2 Master Suite is located with baths/closets for him and for her, a King-sized bed, TV, and access to a 100m2 private terrace with spectacular views. On the main floor, there is an independent Junior Suite facing the sea with direct access to the pool. Additionally, there are two additional en suite guest rooms with built-in closets.

In the basement below, there is another large bedroom ideal for children and the service area which includes accommodation for staff, wine cellar, laundry room and storage.

The kitchen, pool, and lounge area The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and has separate refrigerator and freezer, as well as a 48-bottle wine cabinet. There is a large outdoor living/dining room for relaxing with a Bose music system controlled via a smart phone to listen to your own music collection or access a great selection of music radio stations worldwide. Right next to it, towards the sea, is the overflowing pool that features a diving board, waterfall, and hydromassage jets. In one corner, there is a safe area for children with 50cm of water depth and comfortable seats in the water, while in the other, there is 2.5 meters of depth right beneath the diving board.

Near the pool, there is a gas grill with both grill and grill area. Additionally, next to it, there is an independent full bathroom with a towel drying rack.
