Villa Breeze

This modern and exquisite villa is placed in the exclusive and privileged neighborhood near Santa Ponsa and Port Adriano, called Nova Santa Ponsa. This residential area is known due to its impressive villas with beautiful gardens and the fact that it’s close to the beach of Santa Ponsa and the luxury marina of Port Adriano.

This villa takes into account all the details, indoors and outdoors. Five bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed over two floors. A large roof terrace with views over the natural surroundings and an enveloping garden that keeps the privacy. On the ground-floor, from the inviting hall there is access to to the comfortable and spacious living room with dining area and fireplace next to the ample kitchen with a large island. All these spaces has direct access to 2 covered terraces facing the pool. There is also a nice chill-out area where you can tan while cooking the barbecue. The pool has the possibility to be heated.

Next to the living room, on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, ideal for people with reduced mobility. Upstairs is located the master bedroom with private terrace together with the remaining 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a ensuite-bathroom which is equipped with a bathtub. Furthermore, there is also a walk-in dressing room. Two of the three remaining bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Mid-week cleaning: 15€ per hour and 250€ for change of towels and sheets.
