Villa Ca S’Hereu

Luxurious and ancient villa with 6 bedrooms close to Puerto de Soller surrounded by beautiful orange trees and olive grove lands. This finca was built in the 17th century as a typical ‘possessió’, a large manor estate where they produced their own oil and other agricultural products to subsist or sell in the nearest market. Recently, the villa has been renovated to guarantee maximum comfort for its guests while maintaining its rural and charismatic style of Majorcan history.

Presiding over the garden, you’ll find a large infinity swimming pool (10 x 5m) with sun loungers on a splednid deck terrace with views over the surrounding valley. Long palm trees wall up the house and the garden-pool area provide an excellent opportunity to relax and soak up the sun and the stunning views.

Indoors you will find a mix of traditional elements with modern luxurious styling and furnishings. The living area is a very open and relaxed space with chic sofas and chairs. The simple design also makes it very spacious and it is a great place in the villa to spend time relaxing or catching up with family. The inside is full of many other interesting spaces which is no surprise considering the size of this villa. One of these spaces is the small relaxing room which is a grotto-like space where you can disappear for a while to enjoy a drink with the company of a partner or friend.

Ca S’Hereu has six bedrooms which can accommodate a total of 12 guests. Bedrooms are elegant and they offer extreme comfort as well as total privacy throughout your stay. Each bedroom also has its own private bathroom. The rooms are nicely styled and most of them offer views of the surroundings. Finishing it off is a well-equipped and designed modern kitchen and dining area, although you may also choose to enjoy your meals outdoors.

Services Included in the rental

Maid service 6 hours per day from April 15th to October 7th (except Sunday)
Maid service 10 hours per week from October 8th to April 14th (except Sunday)
Bed linen change 2 days per week
Towel change 7 days per week
Garden and exterior maintenance.

Event information

Events are allowed in the finca upon previous request with a maximum of 90 guests.
The damage deposit required in case of events is 1000€.
Additional event fee: 50€/per guest who is not staying overnight in the villa. Including the rent of the space and the additional costs.
The villa has various large spaces to host events and even weddings, there is enough indoor space to follow the party.
The event is only allowed until 2:00am. In case more time would be required, a fee of €100 per additional hour is requested.
