Villa Can Gira

Ideal finca with impressive views over the mountains and the natural valley of Esporlas. This traditional and recently refurbished property is located in the quiet mountains of Mallorca just above the charming villa of Esporlas which is 5 minutes by car from the finca. The stone-lined property has 4 airy bedrooms and a large fenced pool area with impressive views over the peaceful surrounding. There are no close neighbors and the privacy is full.

The space

The villa is accessed from the ground floor with many large windows on the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen has a lovely terrace with a covered table for relaxing breakfasts. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. One of this bathrooms, has a shower and a bathtub. Upstairs we find a play room and a 4th ensuite bedroom.

The outdoor area is large and has multiple terraces, as a beautiful pool area with two covered sitting areas, sun-loungers and a dinning table. From this terrace you will be able to spot different mountains as the peak of Galatzo (1027 meters). A tennis table is available for our guests.

Highlights

This area on the mountains is next to several hiking trails as the popular GR-221 or Dry-stone route. This location is also ideal for the Mountain Bike lovers.

The finca is 36 minutes driving from the airport.
