Situed on the purest Mediterranean fields this contemporary villa, built in 2018, is at just 3 km away from the world famous beach of Es Trenc, a paradisiacal beach with crystal clear waters in a natural park with white dunes behind it. Enjoy the maximum tranquility from the immaculate outdoor areas and its generous and child-friendly pool. The main highlight of the villa is the 22 meters long infinity pool with a relaxing turquoise color. And after a refreshing swim, you can relax in the nearby chill out area under the shade of the porch.

When you access this house you will see that the architect took into consideration all the points to make a stylish vacation home as well as comfortable. This elegant 2-stories villa has three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom with a splendid private terrace is located on the upper floor but connect by a lift or stairs.

In the same main building we find the common spaces as a open-plan space with a beautiful L-shapped kitchen in front of wooden table for up to 10 people. On the other side, a large sliding glass window connects the indoor kitchen with the outdoor bbq area with another table to enjoy the best meals with your friends or family.
