Villa La Hacienda

With spectacular sea views, Villa La Hacienda is located on top of a spectacular cliff in the north of the island, next to the Port of San Miquel and a 20-minutes drive from Ibiza city. This immaculate villa provides total privacy to their guests and breathtaking views over the dramatic cliffs. As is well known, Ibiza combines unique landscapes for the most relaxing holidays and also offers exuberant night life. So, both make a perfect destination for an unrepeatable summer.

The villa features a large and white outdoor terrace with an inviting infinity pool facing the terrific North coast. This wonderful outdoor area is provided with chill out seats, solarium with sun-loungers and shaded dining areas where you can admire splendid sunsets. Indoors, the villa boasts a spacious living room with beautiful views of the sea through large sliding windows and equipped with an L-shaped white leather sofa, a chimney and two matching puffs with a wooden coffee table in the center. Next to the living room there is an office with a long table equipped with a printer, internet connections and a music system. The dining area has a large table and from where you can access the main terrace and the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped (contains 2 x fridge and freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and has a rear door to the outside terrace).

The villa is distributed over two floors and it’s accessed through the upper level.

• Bedroom (1): King size bed, built-in bathtub in the bedroom. It also has a separate toilet and a shower. Built-in closet, mini fridge and two safes.

• Bedroom (2): Double bed, built-in bathtub in the bedroom. It also has a separate toilet and a separate shower. Separate closet, mini fridge and safe.

The rest of the bedrooms are accessed from the outside and are located on a lower level.

• Bedroom 3: King-size bed, private bathroom (shower), toilet. Closet room, mini fridge and safe. Private terrace.

• Bedroom (4): King size bed, built-in bathtub in the bedroom. Separate toilet and shower. Separate closet, mini fridge and safe. Independent entrance and access by steps from the pool area. Private terrace.

• Bedroom (5): King size bed, private bathroom with separate toilet and shower. Built-in closet, mini fridge and safe. 2 separate entrances from the pool side or from the main entrance, with private bathroom (shower)

• Bedroom (6): King size bed, private bathroom with private bathroom, separate toilet and shower. Closet room, mini fridge and safe. Private terrace. Separate entrance located on the same level as the bedroom.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

In order to book this villa, the first deposit required is the 50% of the total booking price.
30 days before the arrival the remaining balance will be required.
Upon your arrival, 2,000€ will be charged a refundable damage deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

Full refund in cancellations 30 days or more before the the arrival.
Within 30 days before the arrival, the 100% of the booking price won’t be refunded.
In case of departure prior to the day of check out, 100% of the reservation won’t be refunded.
