This grateful villa lies on a 1.800 sqm plot in front line to the sea and the living area plus covered terraces is 450 sqm. The villa is splitted into two levels with 4 bedrooms and a detached guest house with 1 ensuite bedroom, a kitchen and separate access. Indoors, every detail has been taken with care to guarantee the maximum comfort indoors and outdoors. The large terrace presided over by a swimming pool, it has covered and uncovered areas as well as a nearby outdoor kitchen.

Surrounding the villa we find a well-kept Mediterranean garden where we can find hidden two relaxing daybeds and several sun loungers around the pool terrace. For the winter months, the villa also has jacuzzi and outdoor sauna.

Villa Las Madrugadas is home to a carefully selected art collection. Antique pieces from Africa and Asia create an exclusive sense of cosiness. Combined with contemporary artworks by European artists and Mediterranean details, the collection adds up to a harmonic overall picture with a focus on casual luxury and taste.

The villa provides for our guests a table tennis, stand up paddle boards and kayaks.
