Serenity Villa

This elegant villa is set the most beautiful countryside of Mallorca and it’s a masterpiece of contemporary architecture combining local elements with high end amenities. This magnificent property is the work of a renowned Swiss architect which takes the most of the sun light and merge walls of local stone with polished micro-cement flooring.

The villa can accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms spread across three areas each with a private outdoor terraces and one by the pool. The graceful master bedroom has its own private walled terrace, an ensuite bathroom with a rain-fall shower and tub; while the other 4 bedrooms have a shared bathroom. All rooms have fans because the villa doesn’t have air conditioning.

The villa is surrounded by typical Mediterranean forest and local plants and flowers in an eco-friendly atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Furthermore, the villa enjoys a 25-metre saltwater pool, ideal for a swim in the hottest hours of the day.

The main attraction of this villa is its views on the porch and on the roof terrace over the south coast of Mallorca and the protected islands of Cabrera.

For the stays during the winter season, there is a comfy sauna in the SPA area. In addition, the villa has underfloor heating.

A new covered yoga studio is at the disposal of our guests too.

For nature lovers and hikers, the villa is located close to beautiful and unspoiled beaches as Es Trenc or Cala Mondrago. Also it’s 1 kilometer away from the traditional and charming town of Santanyi with exquisite local crafts.

Booking conditions & house rules:

– reservation becomes effective with the deposit of 50% – remaining amount must be transferred before arrival

– check-in from 16:00 / check-out until 11:00

– no pets

Cancellation policy:

– cancellations more than 21 days prior to arrival : full refund less 10% handling charges

– cancellation between 21 and 7 days prior to arrival : 50% refund

– cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-show : no refund
