More specifically, this luxury property is situated in a charming residential area named Mal Pas, the villa boasts stunning views overlooking the bay of Pollensa, La Fortaleza castle and the Formentor Cape. With direct access to the sea, this villa is also close to restaurants and shops in the area. It is located 35mins away from Palma de Mallorca airport.

The arrival to the villa is certainly impressive. Through an electric gate you will be greeted by a large lawn, and olive and pine trees that lead you to a beautifully restored house, set on 2 floors. The property is a showpiece of Mediterranean architecture, with enough space to park a few vehicles.

Indoors, living spaces are located on the ground floor with a study upon entering the hallway, a living room, and a dining room adjacent to the kitchen. The front of the house overlooks the outdoors spaces from the swimming pool, the garden and sea view. A fully equipped modern kitchen can also be found near the dining room, which overlooks the swimming pool and offers spectacular sea views.

The property has 5-bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, with the master bedroom also having a bathtub. Most of the bedrooms have a wonderful balcony or terrace which overlooks the home’s lush gardens or the surrounding seas. In the basement are two additional bedrooms for service and a laundry / workspace for the support of the house.

Villa Mal Pas features a large overflow swimming pool and a counter current system perfect for swim training. The pool area is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, bean bags, and a dining area for up to 10 guests. In front of the swimming pool there is private access to the sea with easy steps down and a gated door.
