Villa Mediterraneo

Privileged Mediterranean-style villa facing the Malgrats Isalnds with access to sea from a private mooring. This villa is located in the summer resort of Santa Ponsa, at 20 minutes driving from Palma and 30 minutes from the airport. Villa Mediterraneo enjoys a secluded position on a cliff overlooking the sea from each room of the villa. Even you can delight the best sunsets melting into the sea because it’s oriented to the South West.

This white villa is splitted into four floors and has numerous terraces, all of them facing the sea and some of them are covered for the warmest days of the summer. The Malgrats Islands that we find in front have a mystical aura as they are protected islets and access is prohibited. The villa has its own private mooring and it’s ideal for approaching the villa with a small dinghy. So both you can access the villa by the sea and be only 5 minutes by car from the center of Santa Ponsa and its long sandy beach.

The villa is divided into four floors that are connected by stairs or by an elevator integrated into the property. From the pool area there is a spiral staircase on the outside that leads to the mooring and a surprising cave with a sandy floor. In this short path there are some hidden viewpoints on the cliff where you can relax with music. The pool area also has a waterfall, a bar that is illuminated at night and a covered area for lunch with all guests.

Going down from the entrance with access to the street, we find a floor with 3 ensuite bedrooms. Downstairs we find 2 more bedrooms -one is the master-, the dining room with chimney, an open-plan kitchen and a large terrace. Below on the pool level, the airy living room and an adjacent play room leads to terrace that leads through a staircase to the pool and a covered porch with kitchen and a table for 10 chairs. This outdoor space has also bar counter lights up at night. And if that wasn’t enough, come nightfall the entire villa can be illuminated in different colours.

The elevator connects the 3 floors from the ground floor to the terraces above the pool area.
