Villa One Summer is a true oasis of comfort and luxury in the heart of Mallorca, at the same distance from the North as the South coasts. Completed renovated in 2020, this villa is has unique designer and handmade furniture developed by the owner.

From its immaculate pool and the covered terrace you will be able to enjoy breathtaking views over the countryside and the Tramontana mountains. This one-story villa boasts a 200 sqm terrace with wooden details and crystal windows which give access to the exquisite living area. Indoors, clean-lined furniture, blended with rough natural textures, and exotic accessories create the perfect relaxing sanctuary.

There are 5 exquisite double ensuite bedrooms in the main house, all furnished with King size beds and original handcrafts. Each bedroom has underfloor heating, AC and beautiful windows with exterior views. There is also the possibility to rent two more bedrooms in the detached annex house, each with its own bathroom and AC.

The Arabic-style gardens mix local plants with crops that provide different natural products for the enjoyment of guests. The villa is surrounded by fruit trees, olive trees and a well-kept organic orchard with different kinds of fresh vegetables and fruits. You cannot miss the experience of lighting the outdoor fire place on summer nights with your group of friends or family while telling stories under the stars.

Booking policy

Deposit of the 40% of the total price to be paid on the day of the reservation.

The rest 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

100% of deposits paid are refundable if canceled 90 days prior to arrival or sooner
50% of the deposit paid is refundable if canceled 60 days prior to arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled later.
