Perched on a hill in the exclusive area of Portals Nous, Villa Orquidea offers breathtaking panoramic sea views. Just a 15-minute drive from Palma’s city center and within close distance of the beaches, the prestigious Puerto Portals, and high-end boutiques, this villa is the perfect destination for an unforgettable Mediterranean getaway.

Upon entering through the grand main entrance, we are welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen on the right, featuring state-of-the-art appliances. Adjacent to it, the elegant dining room provides a unique experience, boasting spectacular views of the pool and the stunning bay of Portals Nous.

The bedrooms are spread across two levels. The main floor houses three bedrooms, one of which includes an en suite bathroom. The upper level hosts the remaining four bedrooms, including the magnificent master suite, which features a spacious dressing room, a private bathroom, and a terrace with unrivaled views of the Mediterranean Sea.

On the ground floor, the villa offers an exclusive leisure area designed for ultimate comfort. A modern cinema room with its own bathroom and a fully equipped gym open up to the outdoor terraces, creating a perfect space for relaxation and entertainment.

Stepping outside, we are greeted by a charming terrace featuring a heated infinity pool, ideal for indulging in the mesmerizing Mediterranean sunsets. For those who love outdoor dining, the barbecue area provides the perfect setting for unforgettable evenings with family and friends.

Above, the rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, making it an idyllic spot to unwind with a drink at the bar and soak up the peaceful atmosphere.

To ensure a truly exceptional experience, Villa Orquidea is fully equipped with a range of amenities catering to all tastes. Guests can stay active with the basketball court or table tennis table. Afterward, they can relax in the luxurious sauna, a true sanctuary for body and mind.

Bookings during the high season are only available from Saturday to Saturday.

Holiday rentals include 5 days of cleaning service, 4 hours per day.
