The property is situated on a hill and leads on many topics terraces right down to the sea. Casa Serena is the only site in the Mediterranean with a mooring for yachts up to 25 meters.

The vibrant, cosmopolitan island metropolis of Palma and the international airport is only 45 minutes away by car.

The villa was rebuilt in 2013 and is located on one of the most beautiful spots of the island. Come in and experience the perfect connection between heaven, earth and water. The 1000 year old olive tree in the atrium, a perfect combination of typical elements and the clear, modern forms of the house has been built. The visual and emotional link between the interior and exterior panorama is managed in a remarkable way.

We organize a game of tennis on the courts located near the Robinson Club book for you jet skiing, windsurfing, water skiing, scuba diving, golf, bike trips, swimming in the sea, water polo in the pool and much more. Even outside the water you can play sports. The air-conditioned sports area you will find everything for your physical fitness. Equipped with a multi-manager and dumbbell banks.

Outside the summer time is Mallorca / CASA SERENA a dream. Our sauna with outdoor whirlpool and relaxation area round off your day. Relax in the evening in the relaxation area overlooking the turquoise glowing Lagoon Pool.

Check-in and check-out at 12:00, unless otherwise agreed.

INCLUDED

• 1 time per day – room cleaning
• 1 time per day – basic cleaning of the floors in the kitchen, living room, dining room, lagoon-type pools, bathrooms
• Change of bedding twice a week (as necessary).
• Towels and bathrobes
• The usual household expenses for heating, electricity and water consumption, as well as all other expenses.
Additional costs for 10 people. This means electricity: 4kW per person/day, water: 120 liters/day per person. To do this, on the day of arrival, the electricity and water meters are read and recorded in the delivery protocol. We only had recalculations for television productions.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
