Nestled in the relaxing Southest of Mallorca, this 22 bedrooms villa is facing the unspoiled sea from a beautiful estate surrounded by olive groves and citric trees. As you can see on the pictures, this magnificent estate offers the ideal setting for business and leisure retreat and also for private events. The rental of this villa is always for the exclusivity of the group that rents it, so it’s not shared with other external guests. -Please, check below all rates for the rental of different number of bedrooms.-

This large villa of 4.800m2 is splitted into 3 floors, from the first floor you will be able to see the sea and the East coast through the large windows and terraces. The ancient main villa has a unique charm as it has 16 double bedroom and none of them share the same style or distribution. All of them have works of art and a very cozy atmosphere. The other bedrooms are located in the new guest wing where the brand-new gym and the meeting room are located.

From this large villa dated from the 13th century you can easily discover the surrounding small villages which keep intact the charm of this Mediterranean island. It’s also a perfect location to enjoy some virgin coves and beaches as Portocolom, Porto Petra, Cala Marçal. Cala Sa Nau, Cala Ferrera, Cala Mondragó, Es Trenc. There is also a nice offer of leisure activities as a 18-hole golf course called Vall d’Or at 1,5 kms. Daily cleaning for 5 hours every morning from Monday to Friday (except kitchen).

The villa offers two meeting rooms available, they can be reserved for an additional fee of 250€/room/ day. The new meeting room with 50 m2 has a large screen and two double-sided erasable treads.

Event information
Event fee: 3,000€
Maximum number of guests: 80 guests for the event

This Event fee includes:

Bridal suite
Pre- and post-wedding cleaning
Security to prevent entry into the private areas of the villa
Cleaning of WCs during the entire event

The bridal suite will only be included if renting a minimum of 16 rooms or if paying the extra event fee.
Security Deposit for Events: 5,000€

– The client can make the reservation of 10 up to 22 rooms.
– If a chef is not hired for the stay, the cost of cleaning the kitchen is €50/day

This property has a security damage deposit of 3.500€. This amount will be charged with your payment and refunded between 2 and 7 days after check out.
