This incredible Mallorcan villa is located in the southwest of the island with a breathtaking view of the small harbor and the turquoise bay of Portals Vells. You can enjoy these views from its multiple terraces and the pool, also from the elegant interior, both in the living room and in some bedrooms. The villa has been modernly renovated and probably furnished in a Mediterranean style, every piece of furniture and artwork is top quality.

The spacious living room connects via a small staircase to the dining room and the outdoor area. The master suite has a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub overlooking the sea and an elegant walk-in closet. There are 4 bathrooms and a toilet in total. The bright and clear rooms convey a feeling of pure vacation.

The infinity pool is ideal to enjoy with your loved ones the views over the cove of Portals Vells and the landscape of wild pine forests that stretches out on the horizon. In addition, different terraces on different levels offer opportunities to retreat and create an oasis of peace. Next to the pool is the barbecue area with a wooden table ideal for eating under the porch. Both the interior and exterior of the villa are equipped by Sonos and BOSE music.

Additionally, the villa has a large screen TV in the living room and a TV in each bedroom. Enjoy the calm and relaxation and let your eyes roam the turquoise bay and blue sea with a glass of wine. A 3 minute walk you can reach the cove and enjoy a swim. Enjoy both the air-conditioned interior and the spacious pool area with its outdoor kitchen and barbecue area.
