This charming property dates from the late 17th century and from the outside you can see the grandeur of this wonderful stone-lined villa. The main villa enjoys 6 elegantly decorated suits and a large living area with an airy kitchen and a gorgeous covered terraces for perfect breakfasts with views over the vineyards.  Also you will also understand that you are surrounded only by the Mallorcan countryside with absolute privacy and tranquility. Overall, modern amenities and a careful interior design create a comfortable atmosphere to make you feel at ease.

The surrounding manicured gardens merge with extensive vineyards. In the grassy area you will find a long swimming pool close to a covered barbecue area and a garage to store and repair bicycles. In addition, in the garden there is a prehistoric construction dating back more than 2000 years called “talaiot” and a new uncovered yoga studio to practice your best poses.

ROOM CONFIGURATION:

The main house together with the guest house have 11 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 22 guests. The main villa has 6 bedrooms with 5 King size bed and 1 twin room. The annex house has 5 bedrooms, 4 king size bed plus one twin bedroom. There is the possibility to add more single beds

General Conditions:

Check-in time: 16:00
Check-out time: 11:00.

–  There will be an extra charge for any other event in the finca during your stay (Brunch, Pre-Wedding, BBQ, etc.)

–  The planning or program of the event must be informed as soon as possible and at the latest 15 days before the event date

–  In order to prepare the parking space, it has to be informed how the guests will arrive and leave (shuttles, taxis, …) as soon as possible and at the latest 15 days before the event date

–  The latest closing time for an event is according the legislation of the Balear government

–  The use of fireworks or any other pyrotechnic action inside and outside the Finca is not permitted

–  Smoke-free area. Smoking is forbidden indoors

–  The client is responsible for the use of the swimming pool, which is not supervised

–  The client is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the infrastructure of the finca

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

–  Deposit of 50% of the total amount to confirm the reservation

–  1 month before check-in, payment of the remaining amount (50% of the total)

–  Caution of 30% of the total amount, payable 2 weeks before check-in and refundable up to 2 weeks after check-out
